Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping & Delivery

  • We are shipping from our fulfillment center in Manila, Philippines. 
  • Customs fees, duties, and other special taxes for orders outside of the Philippines if any, will be borne by the customer.
  • Shoe Care Accessories are only available for orders within the Philippines.

Please allow us 2-3 business days to pick and pack after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once it has been dispatched.

  • For orders within Metro Manila, Philippines: 3-5 business days
  • For Provincial orders in the Philippines: 5-7 business days
  • For orders outside of the Philippines: 7-14 business days

Please send an email to help@balthazarshoes.com with your name, order number, new address, and correct contact details as soon as possible.

If the product is already with the courier, we will endeavor to arrange delivery to the new address. Kindly note that there may be additional charges borne by the customer to deliver to a new location.

Orders & Payments

Once purchase and payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with an Order Number.

For non-credit/debit card payments, an email with payment details and instructions will be sent after checkout.

Atome Card is just like any other payment card. Simply enter the details of your Atome Card after selecting Credit Cards/Debit Cards as the mode of payment.

Regret we are unable to accept cash on delivery because our products are delivered by a 3rd party shipper.

We do not store credit card information. All credit card transactions and information are managed by our payment gateway provider and observe a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS) Level 1, Version 3.2 certified.

As an online business, our prices change in response to fashion trends, stocks and demand from our customers. Thus, in this case we will not be able to refund the difference.

Unless otherwise stated, Balthazar shoes are all made of imported full grain calf leather, considered the highest quality grade of leather coming from the top layer of the hide.

In order to provide quality shoes at a more accessible price, all Balthazar shoes are crafted using cemented construction. Goodyear Welt or Blake Stitch constructed shoes will easily cost 2-3 times more.

  • No fixed denomination, customers can input any preferred amount in Philippine Pesos.
