Please allow us 2-3 business days to pick and pack after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once it has been dispatched.
Please send an email to email@example.com with your name, order number, new address, and correct contact details as soon as possible.
If the product is already with the courier, we will endeavor to arrange delivery to the new address. Kindly note that there may be additional charges borne by the customer to deliver to a new location.
Orders & Payments
Once purchase and payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with an Order Number.

For non-credit/debit card payments, an email with payment details and instructions will be sent after checkout.
1. Select Atome
If you’re shopping online, select Atome during checkout.
2. Make payment
Atome automatically splits your bill into 3 equal payments. You’ll pay the first payment at the point of purchase. The next two payments will be spread 30 days apart. No interest or hidden charges, ever.
3. Check bills
Check the status of your payment schedule under “Bills” in the Atome app. You’ll also be informed when your payment cycle is complete. That’s it!

My order is on its way to me but the prices have changed since the time I ordered it. Can I get a refund for the price difference?
As an online business, our prices change in response to fashion trends, stocks and demand from our customers. Thus, in this case we will not be able to refund the difference.

- We accept shoe exchanges for size and manufacturing defects.
- All shoes must be exchanged within 10 days from receipt of order.
- The style of shoes to be exchanged for is subject to availability. In cases where the style you ordered is already out of stock, we will advise you and you may select a new model of equal value.
- All shoes must not have any creases and must remain brand new. Please note that if there are creases found on the shoes and/or if they are determined to be worn, they will strictly not be eligible for exchange.
- FREE 1-time exchange for orders within the Philippines.
- Shipping charges shall apply for international orders.
- Exchanges are not allowed for Shoe Care Accessories and products sold on Sale or Promotion.
The following characteristics shall not be approved as a manufacturing defect:
- Worn out soles, worn out threading, and evident creases due to normal wear and tear
- Damage as a result of misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear or damage due to storage.
- Prolonged storage of shoes may result in shoe degrading. It is advisable to regularly air out the shoes, to wear them, and to use them as the leather ages smoothly as time passes.
- Comfort issues due to shoes not being an exact fit on the feet because our shoes are ready to wear and are not bespoke.
- Breakdown of colors and materials through time due to wear and tear.
Balthazar reserves the right to inspect all products to determine if it is valid for an exchange. All decisions made by Balthazar relative to this are final.

I purchased a pair recently but have requested for a size exchange. The same pair is now on sale. Will I get a refund for the price difference?
There will be no refund for the price difference.
Unless otherwise stated, Balthazar shoes are all made of imported full grain calf leather, considered the highest quality grade of leather coming from the top layer of the hide.
In order to provide quality shoes at a more accessible price, all Balthazar shoes are crafted using cemented construction. Goodyear Welt or Blake Stitch constructed shoes will easily cost 2-3 times more.
